This beautiful white gold and natural Alaskan gold nugget heart pendant is made with an 18k white gold custom cage frame that features .57 carats total weight of diamonds. The gold nugget was found naturally in this heart shape. The pendant is about 20mm wide, just over 36mm tall including the bail, and just under 4mm at its thickest.
