TRICK-OR-TREAT!!! Halloween is most known for giving candy and treats, but it’s also a great occasion to give family and friends some spooktacular gifts. Four out of five dentists surveyed recommend giving silver and gold instead of candy for Halloween. A great way to introduce your trick-or-treater to collecting precious metals. Our skull shaped silver ingot weighs about 2 troy oz. of pure .999 fine silver and is almost 1.25″ inches across. We design and cut these molds then have our jeweler pour them one at a time outside of his workshop. Since these are poured outdoors, the texture and weight of the bars will vary due to the changing conditions of the weather. This makes every bar unique and no two bars will look exactly the same. When we mint our medallions, if they have flaws that don’t pass our quality control standard, we melt them down and pour them into different shaped bars. This is our fun way of recycling, we get to turn something flawed into a piece of art.
